Terms of service
Last updated · July 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Menttion, the AI search visibility platform operated at https://menttion.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Menttion tracks how AI answer engines respond to prompts relevant to your brand, analyzes those answers, and produces recommendations, reports and content tooling. Engine responses are generated by third-party systems; we present them faithfully but do not control them, and visibility outcomes are not guaranteed.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity in workspaces you own or administer. You must have the right to track and act on behalf of the brands you add. Agency accounts are responsible for their client workspaces.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The $1 snapshot is a one-time charge. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled; changes apply from the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Usage-metered plans charge for the limits you configure.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Menttion to violate law, to misrepresent brands you don’t control, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell raw engine output in violation of the engines’ own terms.
Intellectual property
Your brand data stays yours. Content the platform generates for you (briefs, drafts, reports) is yours to use. The platform, its models of analysis and its design remain ours.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can cancel anytime; we can suspend accounts that break these terms. On termination we delete workspace data after a reasonable export window.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Questions: hi@menttion.com.
